April-May 2012 Update From the Andersons

Dear Pastor and friends,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Hope all is well and the Lord blessing greatly!
Sue and I are just finishing up a three week trip to Pennsylvania and New York which included visiting my 91 year old mother, and 2 of our 4 grandchildren. We also presented and up dated the ministry in 3 churches. In our last meeting I had the tremendous opportunity to lead a young man by the name of Mark to the Lord. That is what it is all about.
In addition, our treasurer of I AM ministries and myself had the opportunity to meet with the leadership of Northstar Christian Academy to present a fundraiser to help raise money to feed the children at our annual VBS in Zambia. Thy agreed to do this for us and if it works well we will be introducing it to other Christians Schools. It will be held over a four week period from May 4th to June 1st with classes competing against each other to see who can raise the most money in coins. The winning class will get a pizza party and a bragging trophy which will be up for grabs during the next fundraiser. Please pray for this because proceeds will be used to give our VBS children the best meal they will get all year.
I am now planning for my trip to Africa in September and asking that you pray with me that the remaining $3000 needed will come in shortly. Tickets are paid for and need the remaining money for teaching material, car rental, housing and food.

- Wisdom in the ministry
- Sue's health
- A job for oldest son Scott
- Safety for our youngest son Bryan who was deployed to Afghanistan this week
